Welcome to the Redwall Haunt for 2004!

Getting Ready...

Bob is working on welding the frame for the Infinity Tunnel

The first test of the Infinity Tunnel!

Approximate dimensions: 4' wide at base, 3' wide at top, 4' deep (or is it?)

Here's the daytime view -- no hint of what's inside!

Doesn't every haunter's garage look like this the week before Halloween?

Where the tombstone carving took place. Note the pile of body parts on the bench. No wonder the neighbors think we're weird.

Starting to set up. We were hampered by lingering rain until Saturday morning. This shows the Haunted Mailbox and the cemetery area.

We needed a new portal this year (last year's didn't survive storage). Welmoed built the whole thing, using PVC pipe and canvas. Here she is painting some details on the "block wall".

This shows the structure of the portal.

This is really Bob's favorite effect (and the one that took him the most time): Trash Can Trauma. It is built entirely from scratch.

The inner workings of Trash Can Trauma. It's a lot to fit into a Supercan!

The Wretched Restroom during daylight hours, and before the "final touches" were added (bugs, brown smears).

Okay, let's see what it all looked like at night...
